Cancellation and Refund Policy

Only products bought exclusively from the or website are covered under this cancellation and refund policy. We do not accept cancellation/return of products bought from any other third-party websites or physical stores.

You may cancel the order within 24 h of placing the order for full refund. For cancellation, you will need to write to or with invoice/order number. Please allow 10-14 days to process refund of your amount. The amount will be refunded back through the same payment method which was used for making the payment. 

No cancellations are allowed post 24 h of placing an order online. Items returned by refusing the delivery will not be refunded.

Missing out on items, wrong order or excess charges must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. 

If you do not receive delivery within the indicated time, please write to or and we will trace your product delivery status and inform you about it.

In case the product arrives defective or broken, we will send the replacement, provided it is reported within 24-48 h of delivery. To report defective/broken item, write an email to or with all details and photos of the packaging and the product. Please allow 1- 2 weeks for your replacement to be processed, it will need to be vetted by our customer service team. You will receive a tele call or an email once your replacement is processed.

Please note that we have tried to show the actual pictures and labels of the product with the best of our intentions, however, products shown on the website may differ in shape and colour due to the variations that may occur during capturing and processing of the images.
